How much does lawn care cost?
Every yard is different, so we give you a free, no-pressure quote based on your lawn's size and what it actually needs. A small fenced lot in Palmetto takes a fraction of the time of a half-acre in Lakewood Ranch with slopes and tight beds, so charging everyone the same flat rate would mean overcharging the small yards to cover the big ones. Most regular mowing plans for Manatee County homes settle into a predictable weekly or bi-weekly rate once we have seen the yard, and that number stays the same from visit to visit.

Do I need to be home when you come?
No - most of our customers aren't home during service. As long as we can access the yard (an unlocked gate or a code for the latch), we'll take care of everything and be on our way. We'll always let you know if we run into anything that needs your attention.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
Florida afternoons being what they are, we keep a close eye on the weather. If a storm makes it unsafe to be out, or mowing a soaked, soft lawn would rut it up and tear the grass, we simply shift your visit to the next clear day that week and let you know. Cutting a waterlogged St. Augustine lawn does more harm than good, so a short delay is the healthier call. Either way, you are never charged for a visit we did not make.
Do you offer one-time visits, or only regular service?
Both. Most homeowners go with regular weekly or bi-weekly mowing because a lawn simply looks its best on a steady schedule, and the grass is never allowed to get out of hand. But we also do one-time cleanups, overgrown-lot resets, storm-debris hauls after a summer blow-through, and seasonal landscaping projects. Tell us what you need - a single tidy-up before a party or a standing route all year - and we will quote it fairly with no pressure to sign up for more.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees - we earn your business every visit. If you ever want to pause or stop, just let us know.
